IMPORTANT Water Bill Changes Starting April 3rd!

Shasta Community Services District has adopted FrontDesk, a web-based platform that gives our residents access to various tools regarding their water bills. This change will take effect on April 3rd, until then customers may continue to use our current payment portal until April 1st to pay their water bills. This switch will change where you access and pay your water bill. There will also be changes in service charges for payment methods.
